Develop and manage Jira workflows, workflow conditions, validators, and post functions. Create and maintain Jira automation rules to streamline business processes. Develop custom scripts using Groovy and ScriptRunner. Manage Jira dashboards, filters, reports, and boards. Configure Jira user permissions, roles, groups, and access controls. Integrate Jira with third-party applications using REST APIs. Work on Jira integrations with Confluence, Bitbucket, and other development tools. Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide technical support. Perform Jira upgrades, plugin installations, and application maintenance.
