Senior Java Engineer – Database Design & Migration

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Engineer with strong expertise in Java development, database design, SQL optimization, and database migration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, relational database architecture, and enterprise-level application development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Java-based applications and data-access layers. Design database schemas, data models, and migration solutions. Optimize SQL queries, indexing, and database performance. Convert JSON/hierarchical data into relational database structures. Work with Apache Kafka producers, consumers, and event-driven architectures. Build scalable, highly available, and resilient systems.
Required Skills
8+ years of Java development experience. Strong knowledge of JDBC, JPA/Hibernate. Expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and SQL. Hands-on experience in database design and migration. Strong Apache Kafka knowledge. Understanding of event-driven architecture and data synchronization. Knowledge of data security and compliance.
Preferred Skills
LDAP and directory services. AWS, Azure, or GCP. Kubernetes and distributed systems. Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
