Position Overview ALTEN is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Airbus's strategic shopfloor application migration initiative in Kinston, North Carolina. This is a highly visible role supporting the transition of manufacturing applications inherited from Spirit AeroSystems to Airbus-supported solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical link between manufacturing operations, Digital teams, IT organizations, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business requirements while ensuring minimal disruption to production operations during the migration process. This role requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable spending significant time on the manufacturing floor working directly with operators, supervisors, quality teams, and engineers to understand real-world processes and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
