In this role, you will act as a trusted HR partner, providing operational and strategic HR support across our European offices while driving people initiatives, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making. What you will do HR Generalist & People Partnering Serve as a trusted HR partner and first point of contact for employees and managers Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, promotions, transfers, and HR documentation Support relocation, visa, work permit, recruitment, engagement, and organizational change activities Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, data privacy requirements, and HR best practices Data, Analytics & Insights Maintain accurate employee data and ensure data integrity across HRIS and related systems Collaborate with other HR team members to create HR dashboards, reports, and people analytics to support workforce planning and business decisions Translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights and compelling data stories Present workforce data, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making Apply advanced Excel skills, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation with data visualization tools HR Systems, Migration & Process Improvement Partner with IT, HR stakeholders, and vendors to improve HR technology, processes, and the overall employee experience Translate business and HR needs into clear data, reporting, workflow, and system requirements Support HCM implementation activities, including system upgrades, testing, data migration, configurat…
