What you'll be doing As our Data Analyst, you'll be a key member of our Growth & Marketing (G&M) team, putting data and intelligence first to drive real business impact, from user acquisition and engagement to retention and monetisation. Here's what that looks like in practice: - Drive Decision-Making Through Data - Analyse complex datasets to identify patterns impacting the consumer funnel (Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Monetisation). Partner with Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to deliver in-depth analysis across the full product lifecycle to maximise ROI. - Partner with Key Stakeholders - Act as a strategic partner for Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product, bridging the gap between technical data and business goals and translating complex analysis into clear, executive-level recommendations. - Build High-Impact Visualisation Tools - Define key metrics and develop dashboards and reports that communicate analytical insights effectively, empowering stakeholder self-sufficiency. - Contribute to Data-Mesh - Actively work on the development of the federated data layer by designing robust data models and building pipelines that integrate into the company's data strategy, e…
