Job Title: Radiology Applications Support Analyst
Job Summary
The Radiology Applications Support Analyst is responsible for providing operational and production support for critical Radiology and Enterprise Imaging applications, ensuring uninterrupted service for clinical and diagnostic imaging workflows. The role involves monitoring and resolving incidents received through ServiceNow, performing application troubleshooting, coordinating escalations for critical issues, and supporting infrastructure maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for Radiology and Enterprise Imaging applications. Monitor, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents assigned through ServiceNow. Escalate critical (P1) issues to Enterprise Imaging leadership and coordinate with technical SMEs as required. Document findings, update incident records, and facilitate seamless handoff of non-critical issues to daytime support teams. Perform Windows server reboots and post-maintenance smoke testing following operating system updates and infrastructure changes. Ensure application availability and operational stability through proactive monitoring and issue management. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve timely incident resolution.
