About Avon AI Avon AI is the management and control platform for enterprise conversational AI. About the Role As a Product Manager, your role involves owning end-to-end product lifecycles, taking concepts from 0-to-1, and driving the tactical execution of our technical product. You will work in direct collaboration with company leadership, R&D, and customers to shape our core modules and translate customer needs and internal business theses into a structured product roadmap. This role offers high impact in defining the product foundation of a cutting-edge GenAI product, with the potential to build and lead the Israel product team as we scale. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day tactical product execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization. Work closely with engineers on technical characterization, defining feature requirements, specifications, and scope of completion in an environment without existing formal technical specs.
