Learn more at www.teads.com . Team Overview The pod is a senior-heavy center of expertise handling high-scale production delivery across three strategic pillars: Identity, Measurement, and Targeting. As the Tech Lead for the Measurement scope, you will oversee the full-stack engine that proves outcomes (Attention, Sales Uplift, Brand Uplift), guiding technical strategy while remaining deeply involved in hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Technical Vision & Architecture: Draft and design robust system architectures that ensure scalability, resiliency, and easy long-term evolution for our measurement infrastructure. Product Collaboration & Scoping: Actively challenge and structure product propositions. Work closely with Product Managers and Data Science to assess feasibility and accurately size the technical effort required for new initiatives. Hands-On Delivery & Ownership: Remain deeply hands-on. Take direct ownership of complex technical projects, write critical code, and drive the end-to-end delivery of the team.
