Role Description As an ePMO Program Manager you will help build ‘one team’ across gFiber by assuring all cross-functional groups work as one unit towards common goals. In this role you will partner on cross-product and cross-team initiatives, working closely with cross-functional team members. As you partner with team members you will work to refine and develop our projects all the way from ideation, development, and training, to testing to full market launches. On a day to day basis you will be on-the-ground executing complex projects that bring internet access to people. In this role, you’ll: Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, customer impact and scope, with a wide range of cross-functional partners. Present weekly project updates to organizational and executive leadership to ensure we meet project deadlines Drive project delivery, build consensus and challenge proposals when appropriate. Oversee system readiness testing, or “SRT” and market readiness testing or “MRT”. Anticipate and creatively solve or escalate roadblocks when they arise Create executive reporting within a given template and timing cycle.
