ABOUT THE ROLE Our Creative & Marketing Design team produces everything from brand campaigns to the marketing assets that drive pipeline. We're hiring an AI Design Lead to redesign how that team works with AI, so it ships more and ships better. You'll report to the Head of Design. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, but you'll set the creative bar and run the team's weekly priorities. We offer a competitive salary. The salary range will be around $100,000 - $150,000, annually. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Find the friction in the design workflow and rebuild it with AI, cutting production time without lowering quality. - Own the team's Gen-AI strategy, standardizing and scaling automated workflows in Figma Weave and similar tools. - Set creative direction and review work across the team, together with the Head of Design. - Own the marketing design board: weekly prioritization, coordination, and clearing bottlenecks. - Build systems that scale output without adding headcount, such as templates, brand pipelines, reusable web components, and self-serve asset libraries. - Be Marketing's main design partner, locking scope and timelines and keeping brand and product aligned on major launches.
