WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of experience designing UX and UI for software products of similar scale and complexity. - Strong visual and interaction design skills, with fluency in Figma and prototyping tools. - Experience independently leading design from discovery through launch while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. - Structured communication skills and experience grounding decisions in user research and rationale. - Experience using metrics and data to assess design effectiveness, and creating reusable design systems and documentation. - Background designing information tools, operational workflows, or systems, with familiarity in AI products, agentic experiences, or emerging technology patterns.
