As a Senior UX Researcher at StackAdapt, you’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy across multiple product teams. You’ll lead end-to-end research, from framing ambiguous problems to delivering actionable insights that directly influence product roadmaps. You’ll partner closely with Product & Design to identify and prioritize the highest-impact research opportunities and serve as the go-to research expert for your product areas. You’ll also help raise the bar for research practice across the team by mentoring others and enabling stakeholders to conduct quality research independently. This is a contract position for 18 months. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position What you'll be doing: Lead research strategy and execution across 3–4 product teams, running mixed-method studies (qualitative & quantitative) to tackle complex problem spaces Frame and scope ambiguous research problems, translating complex business questions into clear research plans with defined objectives and expected outcomes Balance traditional product discovery work with more proactive, generative research, spotting emerging questions early and helping the team move from validating decisions to informing them Go beyond delivering reports by facilitating workshops (e.g. ideation, solutioning) that translate validated findings into prioritized product requirements and tangible design solutions Act as a strategic partner to Product and Design stakeho…
