We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Commercial Systems (Contract) to provide interim leadership of Commercial Systems within Commercial Operations during a period of transition. In this role, you will own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives that support our Commercial teams by working with Systems partner teams from across the organization. You will set direction and stay hands-on to keep programs moving, with a high degree of autonomy. This is a 3 month contract with potential for extension. What You Will Do: Ensure the Commercial Systems roadmap reflects the highest-ROI work by running a clear intake and prioritization process, and saying “not now” to senior stakeholders when needed Turn ambiguous business requests into clear, documented requirements that admins, engineers, and vendors can build against Deliver multiple concurrent initiatives on time, from planning and dependency management through UAT, launch, and status reporting Keep Commercial and cross-functional stakeholders aligned by resolving competing priorities and removing roadblocks Keep the broader stakeholder group informed through consistent roadmap updates, status summaries, and timely escalations Maintain continuity of in-flight work by inventorying active initiatives and stakeholders in your first weeks Leave C…
