Role Overview As a Consulting Engineer in Vectra AI Professional Services, you will lead technically complex customer implementations across enterprise and Federal environments. You will combine deep cybersecurity expertise, solution architecture, hands-on deployment, production-ready integrations, and threat analysis to help customers operationalize Vectra solutions and strengthen their security posture. This role requires independent ownership of customer engagements, strong technical judgment, and clear communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end implementation onboarding for enterprise and Federal customers, including solution architecture, design reviews, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, validation, documentation, and operational handover. Deploy and configure Vectra AI products, including Detect, Recall, Stream, Match, and IDR/CDR, across on-premises, virtual, and cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Apply Vectra’s implementation methodology to validate traffic flows, assess sensor data health, identify coverage gaps, and tune triage workflows. Integrate Vectra into customer security ecosystems, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and identity platforms, using built-in capabilities and production-ready custom API integration scripts.
