PCBA Manufacturing Engineer As a PCBA Manufacturing Engineer, you will work across design engineering, supply-chain, quality, and our manufacturing partners to drive PCBA manufacturing with on time delivery. Role Define manufacturing readiness requirements and lead key milestone reviews to ensure all stakeholder deliverables are complete. Work with the Design Engineering team to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges early in product development by enforcing DFM, DFA and DFS principles. Drive closure of all operational issues during pre-production builds. Investigate failures in production, test, and integration. Identify and mitigate underlying root causes to prevent reoccurrence and foster continuous improvement. Deliver manufacturing processes capabilities including equipment capability, quality controls, materials characterization, and workmanship standards.
