Who You Are You are passionate about leveraging data, machine learning/AI and operational execution to improve patient outcomes. Your mandate will be to build a worldclass data science function that develops, deploys and maintains data marts and machine learning models as well as assesses the impact of our clinical interventions. You care deeply about outcomes and impact. You are a deeply collaborative leader who can help bridge the gap between clinical strategy, operational execution and technology. You have rich experience with health plan (claims, eligibility, pharmacy) and clinical (EMR, HIE) data. You can build data-marts in DBT and leverage those data marts to build new machine learning models. Your Role The Principal Data Scientist creates the foundation for our data science platform. Your role will be to help lead the data and analytics function and own the predictive modeling capabilities end to end. You will need a deep understanding of the statistics behind the machine learning models as well as experience the ML Ops side to productionalize and scale model creation and maintenance.
