The work: Experienced Scrum Master with progressive experience leading Agile teams in the delivery of complex technology, business transformation, and digital modernization initiatives. Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership. Strong background in project management, change management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and Agile transformation across cross-functional and distributed teams. Key Responsibilities: Agile Leadership & Scrum Facilitation Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, Agile values, and organizational standards. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives. Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Lean principles. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
