Overview
Join our team as a Software Engineer and build reliable, scalable applications that solve real user needs. You’ll contribute across software design, application development, and web development, working with teammates through Agile software development practices.
Duties
Develop and maintain software, RESTful APIs, and other APIs using suitable programming languages and frameworks. Apply system design for system development, design patterns, and microservices to support scalable systems and long-term scalability. Build front-end features with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks, including React and Express, and contribute to back-end development. Work with SQL databases such as MySQL and support cloud infrastructure, including AWS or Azure, as well as Linux and broader IT infrastructure. Use version control and CI/CD workflows; collaborate through Git, GitHub, or SVN, and contribute to testing, reviews, and iterative delivery.

Qualifications
Experience in software engineering, software development, or application development; familiarity with Agile methods is valuable. Knowledge of REST, APIs, SQL, software design, and scalable systems. Ruby on Rails experience is useful. Familiarity with one or more of JavaScript, Java, Python, C, C++, or VBA; experience with cloud infrastructure is a plus. Understanding of RBAC (role-based access control), Linux, version control, and CI/CD is beneficial. Exposure to quantum engineering is a nice-to-have; it is not required.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
