You will join the Equities Live Risk, PnL and TradeFeeds team, working with grid computing and messaging technologies to deliver business-critical data across a globally distributed organization spanning Europe and India. This role places you at the center of Citi's trading technology, solving complex problems in high-volume, low-latency financial systems.Responsibilities --------------------Design and build scalable .NET applications that power real-time risk generation and PnL reporting for equities trading. Write comprehensive unit tests using frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or Shouldly to maintain code quality and reliability. Conduct performance testing and profiling to keep applications robust and scalable under high-volume financial data processing. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve code issues and performance bottlenecks across live trading systems. Apply design patterns and system architecture principles to solve complex technical problems within a distributed messaging environment. Identify and define system enhancements by analyzing and interpreting existing application code. Collaborate with a globally distributed development team across Europe and India with minimal supervision.
