About the Role Siftwell is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help translate the needs of health plan customers into scalable product capabilities across our healthcare analytics platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Data Science and will play a critical role in moving customer and market needs from insight through definition, development, validation, and release. The ideal candidate brings meaningful healthcare domain expertise, particularly within Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, population health, quality, care management, or related payer functions, along with experience building or managing SaaS products. This person does not need to be an engineer or data scientist, but must be comfortable working with healthcare data, understanding its limitations, investigating questions independently, and partnering effectively with technical teams.
