About the Opportunity We are seeking a Model Risk Director focused on Fraud and AI to join OKX’s Model Risk Management (MRM) function. As a senior member of the second line of defense (2LOD), this leader will provide independent oversight and effective challenge of fraud models used to detect, prevent, and manage fraud risk across OKX’s products and customer journeys. The role will lead end-to-end validation of fraud models, from conceptual soundness, data and implementation review to outcomes analysis, performance monitoring, and remediation follow-up. The portfolio may include supervised machine learning models, anomaly detection, graph and network analytics, rules-based or hybrid systems, and AI-enabled fraud applications. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience in fraud model validation, strong quantitative judgment, and practical experience assessing AI/ML models. This person will partner closely with Fraud, Risk, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Compliance, and Audit teams while maintaining the independence of the MRM function.
