About the role We’re looking for a Program Manager, Sales & Retail Operations to lead the cross-functional programs that keep Roku’s Player and Retail businesses running and scaling. This is not a single-project role — you will own a portfolio of related workstreams spanning sales planning and forecasting, retail and customer onboarding, operational systems, and international market expansion, and you will be accountable for how they come together end to end. You’ll set the roadmap, run the operating cadence, surface dependencies and risks before they become problems, and keep Sales, Retail Strategy, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and regional teams aligned on what’s shipping and when. We expect this role to use AI as a standard part of the job—to accelerate analysis, draft and maintain documentation, and automate manual steps in our planning and onboarding workflows. This role is ideal for a builder who is comfortable with ambiguity, translates messy operational problems into repeatable processes, and can move an executive audience to a decision with a clear, well-supported recommendation.
