Reports to: Director, Enterprise L&D Employment Type: Full-time, hybrid FLSA Classification: Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW The Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning and development programs that support organizational performance, workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and professional growth. This role provides leadership and oversight for operational, leadership, and professional development initiatives, ensuring programs are scalable, sustainable, aligned with business priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes. The L&D Program Manager directly supervises learning and development team members and partners closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify development needs, prioritize solutions, and drive learning impact across the organization.
