Our condition-agnostic platform runs the operating layer between clinical visits: it guides patients through care journeys, turns their conversations into structured clinical data written back into the EHR, and escalates the signals care teams need to act on. We work alongside Epic, Cerner, and Athena, not in place of them, and partner with health systems including Northwell Health and Endeavor Health. About the Job As a Senior Product Manager at Caregentic, you will own our product roadmap and turn priorities into clear, actionable work for engineering. You will build deep product knowledge, understand customer and user needs, write detailed requirements, and validate that delivered features meet expectations. This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful ownership of prioritization and delivery.
