Who you'll be: Leads identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) delivery for a large, multi-site federal enterprise. Implements and sustains ICAM solutions aligned with Zero Trust, NIST, and CISA guidance. Designs identity proofing and authentication capabilities to NIST SP 800-63-3 standards and governs privileged access management. Provides technical leadership on identity architecture decisions and supports single sign-on (SSO) and federation expansion across the enterprise's application portfolio. What you'll do: Implement and sustain ICAM solutions aligned with Zero Trust, NIST, and CISA guidance across the enterprise. Design identity proofing and authentication capabilities to NIST SP 800-63-3 (IAL/AAL) standards. Govern privileged access management (PAM), including administration support and policy oversight. Support single sign-on (SSO) and federation expansion across the enterprise's application portfolio, including integration with government-wide identity providers. Lead identity governance and administration (IGA) processes, including access certification and lifecycle management.
