About the Role: As the SailPoint Architect, you will help shape the future of our client's Zero Trust implementation. Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions, ensuring they are resilient and aligned with Zero Trust principles. Provide SailPoint guidance within an Agile project management framework, fostering technical excellence, professional growth, and a culture of quality. Develop and maintain the platform roadmap for SailPoint, identifying opportunities for automation, improvements, and integrations to enhance security and efficiency. Act as the ultimate technical authority for SailPoint IIQ. Review all major design decisions and deliverables, providing expert guidance to both your team and senior client stakeholders. Collaborate with cloud engineering, security operations, and service desk teams to ensure seamless operation, integration, and world-class support. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in the ICAM/cybersecurity domain. 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading SailPoint implementation teams, preferably within a federal or DoD environment.
