The work The Senior Cybersecurity Architect serves as a strategic and technical leader driving cybersecurity innovation, modernization, and operational excellence across a large federal enterprise. This role shapes and advances cybersecurity strategy while overseeing execution across Security Operations, Engineering, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, and emerging AI‑enabled capabilities. Success requires balancing long‑term strategic direction with hands‑on operational leadership, enabling secure adoption of new technologies, and cultivating high‑performing teams that safeguard critical federal systems at scale.
