Job Description : Leads ServiceNow development activities for the ServiceNow project, architecting complex technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, SecOps, and custom applications. Provides technical leadership on platform architecture, integration design, and advanced development patterns while mentoring development teams and establishing coding standards. Ensures solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, federal security requirements, and organizational objectives within Agile delivery models. The work you'll do : Architects complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, advanced workflows, and enterprise integrations. Develops advanced server side scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Fix Scripts. Implements sophisticated client side development using Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Angular components. Designs and develops ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and custom protocols. Develops Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and custom actions automating complex business processes.
