OneSpan is seeking a Global Vice President of Solution Engineering to lead and evolve the presales organization supporting our Cybersecurity business. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and serving on the Revenue leadership team, this executive will be accountable for how OneSpan wins the technical decision, improves sales effectiveness, and scales solution engineering across regions. You will build a high-performing, globally aligned organization that combines deep cybersecurity expertise with commercial judgment and a customer-outcome orientation. Your mandate includes designing the global SE operating model, developing talent, raising the quality of technical discovery and validation, and making resource investments that improve win rates, conversion, and deal velocity. You will be a senior technical and strategic advisor to customers and an influential partner to Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Success requires fluency across OneSpan’s Security portfolio—including authentication, digital identity, fraud prevention, and mobile application security—and the ability to position hardware, software, SaaS, and integrated solutions in complex enterprise environments. What You’ll Do Lead and Transform the Global SE Organization Design and execute a single global SE operating model, with clear regional alignment, coverage and specialist models, rules of engagement, escalation paths, and decision rights. Lead, coach, and retain a globally distributed team of Solution Engineers and Solution Architects; build a leadership bench, succession plans, and a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
