Role Overview KKR’s Insurance business is investing to apply AI more deeply across how we operate, spanning investment, actuarial, ALM, finance, and operations workflows. We are targeting an AI Solutions resource working directly into the business to lead that effort on the ground. This is a hands-on role, bringing a critical thinking / problem solving skill set along with AI and/or engineering skills. Rather than sit in a central technology function, you will embed alongside the teams who do the work, identify the highest-value problems AI can solve, and build and ship the tools that solve them, owning the full arc from discovery to production and scale. Responsibilities Embed directly with Insurance stakeholders: investing, actuarial, ALM, portfolio management, finance, and operations, to surface high-value, AI-addressable problems. Build and ship AI / LLM-powered tools and workflows end-to-end: data pipelines, agents and automations, and user-facing applications. Re-engineer and automate manual workflows; measure adoption and business impact, then scale what works across the franchise.
