Purpose Divergent is transforming manufacturing through our Adaptive Production System (DAPS), revolutionizing how complex structures are designed, built, and assembled. We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to ensure the precision, repeatability, and quality of our manufactured components. This position is ideal for a seasoned metrology professional who excels in high-mix, high-precision environments and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of automated inspection and data-driven quality systems. The Role Metrology Programming & Execution Develop, optimize, and execute CMM programs using PC-DMIS on Hexagon systems to inspect precision components. Perform hands-on CMM operation and dimensional analysis for additively manufactured and machined parts. Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T to create accurate, repeatable measurement strategies. Collaborate with engineering, machining, and quality teams to resolve dimensional issues and improve manufacturability. Support development of automated and integrated inspection processes , connecting metrology data with manufacturing systems and analysis tools. Technical Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Partner with technicians and engineers to improve understanding of measurement results, root-cause analysis, and CMM program intent.
