What you will be doing: Key responsibilities Your role is to coordinate LatAm marketing operations in a generalist capacity, driving growth and content initiatives across multiple simultaneous fronts. Your key areas of focus include: CRM & Lead Lifecycle Management: Design and optimize CRM campaigns (automation flows, nurturing, and re-engagement segmented by funnel stage in Salesforce/Pardot), reactivate stalled leads, and identify conversion-ready prospects. Paid Media & AI-Driven Workflows: Manage and optimize paid media (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads), build AI workflows (automations, agents, content review, GEO/SEO, brand monitoring), conduct weekly funnel analysis, and coordinate agencies and vendors.
