Lead Product Designer Location: Bay Area (San Francisco / Peninsula) Reports to: CTO / Leadership Team The Opportunity We are building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be one of the first foundational hires, responsible for shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a platform that will reach over 100 million users. There is no legacy code, no inherited design debt. Just a "zero-to-one" build powered by an AI-first mindset. The Product You will lead the design for a consumer app anchored around the MrBeast audience. This isn't a passive content app; it is a highly interactive, gamified ecosystem. What You'll Do Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to define the "ideal squad" workflow and product roadmap. Design and test core retention loops, including onboarding flows, achievement systems, and economy design for digital and real-world experiences.
