In this role, you will define the automation strategy, build robust frameworks, and lead a team of QA engineers. Your primary focus will be optimizing and executing automated regression suites for complex, enterprise-level Salesforce ecosystems using Tricentis Tosca. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality CRM solutions in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Strategy & Framework Design: Define, build, and maintain scalable, model-based automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca optimized for Salesforce. - Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, mentor, and allocate tasks to a team of QA engineers. Coordinate testing activities across multi-vendor setups and cross-functional Agile teams. - Salesforce End-to-End Validation: Map end-to-end business workflows and validate complex configurations across core Salesforce environments (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). - Test Lifecycle Management: Oversee the creation of detailed test strategies, test plans, and high-coverage automation scripts from business requirements. - API & Integration Testing: Lead the verification of third-party system integrations and execute data-driven API automation using Tosca or supplementary API tools. - CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated regression packs into modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for continuous testing. - Defect & Stakeholder Management: Monitor test execution, analyze failures, log defects in Jira/Azure Boards, and provide high-level quality metrics and transparent reports to leadership and stakeholders.
