About the Role
We are seeking a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our Foundation Agents team. In this role, you will steward the long-horizon autonomous agents powering our specialized enterprise AI platform.
We operate at the cutting edge of applied AI product development: agent knowledge representations, systematic evaluations, and mission-critical improvements to quality and reliability at scale. You will take full ownership of how our systems measure, evaluate, and elevate agent accuracy, helping drive our core platform capabilities forward.
What You Will Own
Evals Strategy & Error Analysis: Define, shape, and formalize our error-analysis methodology, establishing how the engineering organization measures and continuously improves agent output quality. Agent Infrastructure: Architect, build, and scale state-of-the-art agent knowledge representations and evaluation pipelines for production long-horizon agents. Root-Cause Reliability: Lead systematic error analyses on agent execution behaviour, directly translating diagnostics into concrete, platform-level reliability enhancements. Hardened Backend Systems: Build and scale resilient backend services supporting high-throughput agent execution, continuous evaluation runs, dynamic tool-calling, and real-time observability. AI Platform Roadmap: Partner closely with the broader AI engineering group to drive platform-level quality, safety, and reliability milestones. Mentorship & Technical Standards: Mentor engineers across the team, elevating standards around evaluation rigor, testing practices, and error isolation.
Qualifications & Requirements
