About the role (What you’ll be doing) Drive strategic insights – Take ownership of key analytical projects, translating complex data into actionable insights that directly inform business-critical decisions across multiple teams and functions. Optimise data architecture – Enhance our central data model for Eucalyptus globally, collaborating with our analytics team in the UK and Philippines to ensure scalability and consistency that drives decision-making at both local and global levels. Empower data-driven decisions – Elevate our reporting and dashboard capabilities, establishing a single source of truth for critical metrics and enabling teams with self-service tools to independently access and apply data. Monitor performance & influence growth – Track and analyse key initiatives, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities that drive business-wide impact, from acquisition to retention and beyond.
