About the Role As a Business Intelligence Team Lead , you will oversee a team of BI Developers and Senior Developers, ensuring high-quality delivery across dashboards, data modelling, analytics, and tooling initiatives. You will manage team workload, drive operational excellence, partner with stakeholders, and support the long-term development of BI capabilities within EOS in partnership with the Data & Governance Lead. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to align teams around clear priorities. What You'll Do Team Leadership & Delivery Lead a BI team, overseeing daily delivery, planning, and prioritisation. Ensure high-quality outputs across dashboards, data modelling, insights, and tooling activities. Review analytical output, modelling accuracy, and dashboard quality prior to stakeholder delivery. Supervise the allocation of BAU work, project initiatives, and support tickets across the team. Manage performance, coaching, and career development activities for team members. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved and communicated effectively. Build strong relationships with product, commercial, and operational stakeholders to support roadmap delivery. Translate business needs into structured BI workstreams, ensuring clear requirements and expectations are established.
