Position Summary The Technology Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating technology workstreams associated with office build-outs, workplace expansions, and corporate real estate projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for technology delivery in the field and works closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational standards. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Act as the day-to-day project manager for technology workstreams within office build-outs and real estate projects. Serve as the primary field contact for general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, integrators, and service providers. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with construction milestones. Escalate blockers, drive issue resolution, and provide regular progress reporting to stakeholders and leadership. Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Technology Infrastructure Delivery Oversee the implementation, testing, and handover of technology systems, including: Low Voltage & Network Infrastructure Manage structured cabling deployments, including copper and fibre installations. Oversee MDF/IDF build-outs, UPS/PDU deployment, and adherence to approved design standards and specifications. Network Deployment Coordinate ISP circuit delivery and network hardware logistics.
