Over two million developers use us, and our customers include Fortune 500 companies running agents in production. You will own our enterprise product: the roadmap for what large customers need, and the control plane that makes it possible. These are the capabilities that decide whether a large customer can adopt us, trust us, and expand with us. Our product is an API, and our enterprise buyer is an engineering organization. The people you build for are platform teams, architects, and the developers inside those companies who are putting agents into production. You need to be comfortable making product decisions about API surfaces, developer workflows, and technical tradeoffs, not only about business requirements. To build this well, you have to be in the room. You will work alongside customer success, sales, and our forward-deployed engineers, who are in these accounts every week and already know where we fall short, and you will spend real time with customers alongside them.
