Skills: TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, AWSLocation Qualifications: Bucharest (hybrid, 2 days in the office) About the position As an AI Engineer at Showpad, you will contribute to our AI and machine learning initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI technologies that align with our business goals. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers to build impactful solutions and grow your expertise in a fast-moving space. You'll work with state-of-the-art technologies such as LLM models like LLama 3/3.1, Claude models, AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker, and AWS OpenSearch. Our primary languages are Python, TypeScript, and Kotlin. The AI and Generative AI space is evolving rapidly, and so are we — we continuously update to the newest models, track emerging techniques, and engage in extensive experimentation with prompt engineering. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AI models to solve complex business problems Contribute to projects from scoping through to release, under the guidance of senior engineers Support the performance and reliability of AI and machine learning systems Collaborate effectively across teams, sharing progress and surfacing blockers early Design, craft, and optimize prompts that guide our AI systems to generate accurate, informative, and creative outputs Contribute to engineering and product discussions, bringing fresh perspectives.
