ABOUT BOUNCE Bounce runs the largest luggage storage network in the world. Our marketplace connects travelers with 30,000+ small businesses in more cities than Burger King operates, and in more New York locations than Starbucks. We have served 3M+ users, stored 10M+ bags, and paid over $10M to local partners. We move fast. We experiment. We ship, learn, repeat. Named Inc5000's fastest-growing travel company in the USA in 2024. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, and Sapphire. You will figure out what delivery means for Bounce, prove it works with real users in real cities, and scale what wins. You own the full loop. Research, strategy, product, launch, iteration. This is a 0 to 1 role for someone with depth. You will go deep on every problem, not sit above it. You will spend time with users, with hosts, and with city teams. You will write hypotheses, run tests, and kill ideas fast when the data says so. You do not need prior delivery experience. You do need to have built new products from zero and shipped them to real users. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Shape the delivery product end to end. Discovery, acquisition, flows, pricing, retention. - Do your own user research. Talk to travelers, hosts, and operators regularly. Understand why people behave the way they do before you build anything. - Translate signals into clear hypotheses, MVPs, and experiments. - Launch pilots in real cities. Measure what matters. Kill, scale, or iterate based on evidence. - Define success metrics for every bet and hold the team to them. - Partner with design, engineering, data, operations, growth, and partnerships. - Travel. Visit cities, locations, and users. Learn in person. HOW WE WORK AT…
