Job Title: AI & Python Backend Developer / Technical Team Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, hardworking and responsible developer to build AI applications and Python backend systems for Dataviv AIOS. The role combines hands-on development, team coordination and direct technical support to our CEO. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, solving problems independently and delivering work on time.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Python backend applications using Django, Django REST Framework and FastAPI. Build and integrate solutions using generative AI, large language models, computer vision, machine learning and deep learning. Work with YOLO, OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas and Ollama for model inference, image processing and data workflows. Develop APIs that connect AI models with databases, business applications and existing client systems. Package and deploy applications using Docker, with attention to reliability, security and performance. Support local LLM deployment, model evaluation and troubleshooting. Manage development tasks, guide team members, review code and track project deadlines. Work directly with the CEO to turn ideas and business requirements into practical technical solutions. Provide clear progress reports, flag delays early and take responsibility for resolving issues. Maintain technical documentation and support deployed applications.
Required Skills
Strong practical knowledge of Python, Django and FastAPI. Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, machine learning, deep learning and computer vision. Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow, alongside YOLO, OpenCV, NumPy and Pandas. Experience running and integrating local models using Ollama.
