Skills: C#/.NET, SQLHiring: Rocket UniVerse Developer (VB.NET / C)Experience: 5+ Years Work Mode: Remote Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM ISTJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Rocket UniVerse Developer with strong hands-on expertise in PICK/MultiValue database environments and working knowledge of VB.NET or C.The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing application logic within the Rocket UniVerse environment, managing database-layer activities, resolving critical production issues, and supporting enterprise order management and inventory systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and extend application logic within the Rocket UniVerse environment. Handle database-layer development across order management, inventory, purchasing, and reporting modules. Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority defects and production escalations originating from the UniVerse data layer. Work with MultiValue database structures, dictionaries, and attribute definitions. Write and optimize queries using PICK/MultiValue query languages such as RetrieVe or AQL. Work with SQL Server alongside the UniVerse database layer. Document data structures, business rules, and integration patterns. Collaborate with .NET developers on end-to-end issue resolution and application enhancements. Support knowledge transfer and ongoing system maintenance.Mandatory Skills5+ years of professional software development experience. Hands-on experience with Rocket UniVerse, UniData, jBASE, D3, or other PICK/MultiValue database environments. Working knowledge of PICK/MultiValue query languages such as RetrieVe or AQL. Strong understanding of MultiValue data modelling, including file structures, dictionaries, and attribute definitions. Experience working with SQL Server. Understanding of ERP or distribution-system workflows, particularly order management, inventory, and purchasing.Good to HaveDirect experience with Rocket UniVerse.
