Having this strong team of employees, we can serve those who really need our product to make their lives better. About the role You'll own onboarding from the first screen to a verified account. It already works, and the PM who runs it today will hand it over with the history behind it. Now we need more people to get through, one step and one country at a time. Some people are stopped by our risk checks, and that's fine. Others leave because a step is confusing or slow, and those are the ones you'll go after. Compliance decides what we check. Our compliance product team runs the verification process and the vendors behind it. You decide how it works for the customer. We hire builders. Our PMs prototype with AI before engineering builds anything, operations people automate their own work, and if you can fix something today, you don't open a ticket for it. We all use AI in our daily work, so in the interview we'll ask you to show us something you built with it. We care more about how fast you're learning and what you've made than about where you're starting from. What success looks like after six months More of the people who start onboarding finish it, and our risk checks are as strict as they were. KYC and verification pass rates are up in the countries where we lose the most people, and you can explain why each fix worked. Marketing trusts the numbers from first ad to verified account.
