Having this strong team of employees, we can serve those who really need our product to make their lives better. About the role We’re building a new pricing engine and the tools around it. Some of those tools started as AI prototypes made by our product team. You’ll own where it goes next. Our Chief Commercial Officer sets pricing strategy and price levels. You own the pricing product: the engine and tools that set prices, the experiments that test them, and how customers see prices in the app. You’ll sit in the Send area, which owns the whole transfer experience. Pricing analysts sit in the Data team, and you’ll work closely with them. You’ll write your own SQL and read your own experiment results. When the team needs a tool, you’ll often prototype it before engineering builds it. We hire builders. Our PMs prototype with AI before engineering builds anything. Operations people automate their own work. If you can fix something today, you don’t open a ticket for it. We all use AI in our daily work, so in the interview we’ll ask you to show us something you built with it. We care more about how fast you’re learning and what you’ve made than about where you’re starting from. What success looks like after six months The CCO, Finance and engineering agree on your roadmap for the pricing product.
