The role and the team As a Junior Technical Service Engineer (all genders), you’ll help new customers get up and running on Lucanet, owning technical onboarding from ERP integration and ETL processes through to SQL database setup. You’ll guide customers on video calls, troubleshoot technical issues hands-on, and support their move from on-premise to the cloud, growing your technical skills with every implementation. You’ll join our Technical Customer Operations team, a collaborative group supporting a growing international customer base through their transition to Lucanet. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues who are invested in your growth, and with the technical stakeholders on the customer side. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them. What you'll do Execute technical onboarding for new customers, covering ERP integration, ETL processes, data transformations, and ongoing technical support. Install, configure, and manage Lucanet software components, interfaces, and SQL databases through to handover and customer acceptance. Act as a technical point of contact, running customer video calls to troubleshoot issues and guide setup. Analyze logs, research solutions with internal resources and AI tools, and resolve issues with colleagues and customers. Improve onboarding and integration processes, creating documentation and best practices for your teammates. Support customers migrating from on-premise installations to the Lucanet cloud platform. What you bring to the table You have Experience in technical support, implementation support, or a comparable technical role. Basic SQL skills: you read queries, navigate database tables, and write simple queries of your own. Knowledge of ERP systems, Windows Server environments, and networking basics such as ports and database connections.
