ROLE ROADMAP Kalshi Inc. seeks a Software Engineer, Growth, in New York, NY to be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing systems and internal tools that enable customers to access, transact on, and manage positions within the company's online platform. Responsibilities include: build, scale, and maintain backend services and APIs that support growth, engagement, and core product functionality under production performance and reliability requirements. Own and operate notification and lifecycle engagement systems end-to-end, including service performance and scalability, notification APIs, delivery orchestration, and client-facing notification features. Design, develop, and operate data-driven systems supporting personalization, targeting, ranking, and user engagement for acquisition, activation, and retention use cases.
