The role As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Corporate Builds, you will lead high-impact, organization-wide initiatives focused on the implementation and optimization of Audio/Visual (A/V), Network, and on-prem IT technologies across a global office portfolio. As part of the Corporate Builds team, you will own program execution and delivery for the integration of these critical workplace technologies. Your primary focus will be leading programs that enable the seamless and standardized deployment of A/V, network, and on-prem IT solutions across new offices, expansions, renovations, and existing workplace environments. You will partner closely with Workplace, Technology, Facilities, and business leaders to align cross-functional teams, establish priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will champion execution excellence by establishing clear plans, tracking progress against key metrics, proactively addressing blockers, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
