Your Impact As a Site Reliability Engineer on the Kubernetes team in Axon's Compute Platform Engineering (CPE) organization, you'll help run and evolve the platform that Axon's products run on: a large, global fleet of Azure AKS and Amazon EKS clusters across commercial and government clouds. You care about system stability, clear documentation, and tools that make the platform easy and safe for engineering teams to use. You'll own platform features end to end, from design through rollout. Location: This role is based out of our Boston, MA, Atlanta, GA, or Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Reports to: Engineering Manager, Compute Platform Engineering What You'll Do Own platform features and components end to end, including design docs and rollout plans. Review teammates' changes and share operational knowledge across the team and with partner teams. Build and operate robust, easy-to-use Kubernetes platforms and tooling that let engineering teams provision and run services rapidly, consistently, and securely.
