ABOUT THE ROLE As the Senior Product Manager, Demand Growth at Bounce, you will own two critical pods within the Demand cluster: - Acquisition Pod — driving how users discover Bounce across SEO, AI discovery, paid marketing, and partnerships. - Conversion Pod (CRO) — optimizing the end-to-end booking funnel to maximize conversion, revenue, and user intent capture. THE MISSION Your mission is simple: grow demand efficiently by improving both traffic quality and conversion performance. You’ll translate Bounce’s growth strategy into data-driven product bets, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, SEO, and performance marketing. From landing page architecture and geospatial discovery experiences to checkout flows and experimentation frameworks, you’ll lead initiatives that directly drive GMV growth.
